1) Planning and Visioning

I will help you create your birth plan so everyone on your birth team is on the same page.

2) Nurturing Care

We can go over what works for you - if you want techniques tips and tricks for practicing your birth experience we can do that!

If you just want to sip tea and talk about your hopes and dreams for motherhood, we can do that too! I trust women to know what is right for them as far as birth preparation. You are the compass and I will be the hiking guide as we travel through the depths of pregnancy and birth.

3) Post Partum Care

Home visits will include ensuring your breastfeeding relationship is on a good track. Each home visit you will get my support with herbal sitz baths, massage, belly binding, or anything else that feels needed at that time.
